Free Shipping Worldwide

At Pious Leather, we offer free shipping worldwide for all products, with no minimum purchase required. However, please note that we do not ship to Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, or OFAC-sanctioned countries.

Delivery Timelines

We strive to provide accurate delivery timelines for every order. Here’s an overview of our dispatch and delivery times:

  • Pre-order Items: These products are shipped according to the fulfillment date noted in the product description.
  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

If there is any delay in your pre-order shipment or if we can expedite the process, we will promptly inform you.

Shipping to the United States

  • Free Standard Shipping within the 48 contiguous states.
  • For Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes, and U.S. Territories, we ship via USPS Priority Mail.
  • The All-Day Bag Pre-Order is excluded from free shipping and carries a flat rate of $19.

International Shipping

We provide international shipping based on real-time carrier costs. Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Mexico, UK, Europe, Canada: 3-5 weeks
  • Asia, Australia, Russia: 3-4 weeks

Please note: Customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply for international orders, and these are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

Customs Duty on International Orders

All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the buyer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed upon arrival in the destination country.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number to follow your shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier regarding delivery. If there are issues such as missed delivery attempts, contact the courier directly.

If delivery is not accepted, or an incorrect address is provided, the parcel may be lost or destroyed, and we will not be able to process a return or refund in such cases.

Lost or Damaged Products

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact our support team within 5 working days of the tracking delivery date. After verification by the courier, we will replace lost or damaged items with either store credit or a replacement. Please note that refunds are not available for lost parcels.

Additional Shipping & Order Policies

  • Combined Shipments: If you place multiple orders to the same address, we may combine them for quicker delivery unless you request otherwise.
  • Order Confirmation: After your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Contact us if you do not receive this within 24 hours.
  • Processing Times: After payment is authorized and verified, orders may take up to 2 days to process, excluding weekends and holidays.
